Dear Clients and Partners,
Partner; At Snips Landscape, this core value will be our focus for the foreseeable future, as we face daily uncertainties around Covid-19 together.
As we prepare to launch into the landscape maintenance and construction season of 2020, our team is dedicated to managing exposure to illness, and we commit to a client experience beyond expectations.
How are we doing that? It comes down to embracing necessary change. We see change as an opportunity to grow, combat new challenges, and adapt accordingly. This is what we’re changing as we enter the landscape season, in support of global efforts to contain the spread, and serve you better.
1. We are available to serve you by phone, email and video chat. Our office staff are equipped to work remotely and will generally be working from home as required. For the time being, our office is closed to the public, but we welcome hearing from you via other channels!
2. We can continue to make site visits to provide outdoor solutions and build proposals. Rather than entering the home to review the options, we can discuss the details at a safe outdoor distance in the fresh air or over the phone or video chat.
3. We remain relentlessly committed to health and safety. We will confirm both client and crew health prior to every project. We respect the restrictions on travel isolation and have increased efforts to slow the spread with sanitation methods. We also continue to monitor the situation and respond rapidly as news updates evolve.
When it comes to our upcoming projects, we’re optimistic about the upcoming season. With warm weather approaching, we are excited to get started! We would normally take this opportunity of warm weather to start our spring clean ups, but with the current non-essential business restrictions we feel it’s best to do our part and wait until mid-April where possible to begin. We assure our clients that we will maintain efficiency and timelines regardless of the issues at hand.
We know that spending time outdoors is one of the healthiest things we can all be doing. We’re very fortunate at Snips Landscape to be able to do this every day, and we can’t wait to get started on your property this year.
God’s blessings to you and your families, and we look forward to hearing from you!
